That meant I zested and juiced one lemon. They came out PERFECT! The cake is super moist with a luscious custard and deep lemon flavor throughout. I baked at 350 for about 25 minutes, cooled and served with confectioners sugar and one with whipped cream, any way you serve it it’s delicious and was relatively simple to make. Would definitely make again and love to try with another fruit.
